If could be a stupid question.
Since i bought the f9 pro and attached the 2.5mm cable..for me it has been litterally impossible to remove the cable.
Can you suggest something to do?
I am going crazy

Fidue supplies a guitar pick looking item with the A91. You just inserted it between the headshell and the end of the cable and twisted it either clockwise or anti-clockwise. Maybe a butter knife or similar would work? It's what I've done on other models.

yes, that maybe an option, but take care of the angel and it should not so hard to remove the cable.

Dear friend,

Please try the following tips to see if it helps:

a. Try rotating the Earphone unit before detaching the cable or after installing it;
b. The earphone unit and cable should be kept in line when operating;
c. Try using your fingernail to separate the cable from the earphone unit by the connecting gap.

Best regards

We are testing the engineer sample of BTR3 now, and all the features have been finished but we are working in the RF , anyway, we should release it in June . also there will have another model call BTR5 in the future with BAL output and better DAC/AMP, the BTR3 used the same AKM4376A as BTR1.

@FiiO will the BTR3 & BTR5 come with Bluetooth 5?

Finally joined the F9 Pro party today. I was looking between that, the Klipsch X20i, and Jays q-jays, but couldn't quite justify the price of the other two compared to the features of the F9 Pro and the excellent reviews it's gotten. Had a great trip to Audio 46 in NYC to get it.

Dear friend,

Not sure currently. We may consider about that according to the maturity of Bluetooth 5. :slight_smile:

Best regards

It's now supported by all new Samsung, Apple and LG flagship devices so I think the codec is reaching maturity :)

It all depended on our supplier but not us.

Hi,
Your colleague told me he'll proceed to send me the left earpiece cap.
I am waiting to be informed when the shipment is made.
Thank you very much for your interest.
I have received the left earphone cap of the F9 Pro, which FiiO has been kind enough to send me for free.
I glued it on, and the headset's as good as new.
After using the F9 for a month and a half and not the F9 Pro, I now realize that the F9 Pro sounds much better than the F9.
I am very grateful to the FiiO community manager in this forum, because thanks to him everything has been much easier.
Thanks
