First time poster here so forgive me if this problem was addressed in another thread, I've searched and could not find anything. 
 
I bought the Fiio e7 and e9 combo about a year and a half back, and a few months ago my computer stopped recognizing the combo when I connect via USB.
 
The e7 works as a stand alone unit, the e9 also works as a stand alone unit via the 3.5mm input in the back. 
 
Any insight anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Btw, I'm using an iMac to connect. Blue light is glowing when I turn the e9 on.
