Hi, I am confused on which portable headphone amps should I get. The amps I like are the FiiO E6 and the FiiO E11, they seem to be great amps. I am on a budget of $70. I have an iPod Touch 4th generation. I have the Audio Technica ATH-M50 White headphones. Which amp should I get?

To echo PurpleAngel's point, unless you're running near the top of the volume range of your phone regularly (potentially clipping on peaks), an "cheap" amp may actually degrade the sound quality. 
 
(This is intended to be a general comment about inexpensive amps in general. While I haven't listened to the e6, the Fiio amps tend to have good sound quality for their respective price points.)
