If that is the case, then why does fiio.net claims that, I quote:

Whut... To my knowledge, E9 for E7/E17. E09K for E07K/E17 correct me if I am wrong.

I already ordered the Amp, so I guess the only thing I can do is try it out and see for myself.

The E09k Qogir and Alpen E17K headphone DAC/Amp combo sounds amazing! Would recommend to anybody with a $300ish budget. It can drive all the way up to 600 ohm Beyer's quite nicely with no distortion at max volume. One of the better low cost solid state amp/dac combo out of china these days.

E17K can't use the E09K dock connector. Did you mean E07k or E17?. Or are you going from E17K line out to E09K aux-in?

I like the O2 amp, it drives lower impedance cans very nicely.
E09K has more power than the O2, but the O2 has a better noise floor.
