Hello, fellow headphone enthusiasts. This will be my first post.

I seem to be having problems with my DAC/amp setup. I have a Fiio E09k hooked up to my windows 7 PC via USB, with an E07k Andes docked on top of it. There is no audio coming through my headphones from the output on the E09k. This didn't start happening until recently. I have it set as my default sound device, and when I play music, my control panel claims my DAC/amp is outputting audio, yet I hear no sound. All of my volume settings are turned up, but I still hear nothing. Can anyone help me out? I just bought a new pair of Grado's and I hate seeing them just sit there. Thank you.

You might try separating the E07k and E09K and hook them up separately (E09K using USB and E09K using RCA jacks) to the PC and Grados.
See if they both produce audio.
