Hello, a question that micro sd class would need so that it does not have any type of delay when playing music in mp3 format and flac? In other words, what I try to do is that I do not have any kind of song waiting time between songs.
I do not know the other people but I am shocked that they do not have internal storage, at least about 16-32 GB, this forces you to buy a micro SD.

In order to reduce the cost for users, and considering most users have the SD cards, we haven't added the internal storage for the M3K.

I would love to have a device like M3K in my pocket, connected by aptX to my headphones, playing my podcast while I am walking around town...

Missed the BT... Not a showstopper for me - I am still interested in M3K if you add audiobook and podcast support!
So, @FiiO - is there audiobook and podcast support in M3K? If not - is it planned as a FW update anytime soon?

we had contacted audiobook and they refused to license to any 3rd party non-android products

Shanling is likely adding audiobook support at least on a basic level on the M0 with future firmware. For not much more than M3K get alot more features including more power, bluetooth with LDAC and touchscreen. Sweet little unit and worth checking out if Fiio doesn't meet your needs

Yeah - already own the M0... was looking at M3K since M0 does not have (YET) audiobook support, but that seems to change soon.
I own several FiiO DAPs - great players in general, with only that audiobook / podcast functionality missing (for my needs)...

Thought I recognized the user name. Since the M3K won't have bluetooth the only way it would make sense to buy this DAP would be if it had audiobook and podcast support. Then I would use it just for that and keep the M0 for everything else I need.

I believe it will be 40 mW in 16 ohms and 23 into 32 ohms so similar power to the M7. As for replaygain Fiio added it to the M7 and has said they will add it to other DAP's so I don't see why not.

100% agree! Wanted to have a dedicated inexpensive DAP just for podcasts and audiobooks. Unfortunately, M3K probably not going to be it...
Unless @FiiO fixes it by adding podcast and audiobook support. Again, no need for DRM - just support free formats (MP3, etc.) and add:
- Save last position
- Support playback at 1.1, 1.25, 1.5 speeds (in addition to 1x of course)
- Add "skip 15 seconds" button (very important for podcasts, to skip boring parts or advertisements)
