I ordered my Fiio BTR 5 from Fiio own Netherlands website and since from more than a month still nothing delivered after repeated question the Dutch Fiio staff saying they don't know when I will get it. I have option to cancel the order and get refund and order it on AliExpress which will be faster.
@FiiO if you can't honor your commitment of delivery with in to week why not be honest and say the real delivery date or simply say unavailable so consumer are not tricked into order and wait for ever.

Very disappointing service from Fiio.

FiiO delivered them in a few days, so, it was not FiiOs fault.
The last two months it was quite impossible to send goods from China to Europe ...

I bought mine off Amazon and had it in 3 days.

FiiO delivered them immediately to Service Provider ... that's ok.
By the way, the distributor for Switzerland just got them this week.
I could have bought them here as well but no chance to get them earlier ...
