Anyone have a harmony or Forte that they bought from hifi headphones that they want to sell? I don't suppose that there is any chance of them getting them back in stock?

The kicker is the only one left, am I getting 80% of the Forte with the kicker? Just trying to convince myself that getting the kicker will still be awesome!

I can't compare because I have neither, but being kicker is just a dynamic driver with no BA the other 2 come with, I imagine they are on another level, however I've read kicker is still very good

Thanks!

I've ordered the Kicker but contacted them asking if they have any Forte or Harmony stock left by chance then I'd change the order.

Ok, I've decided to go for the Harmony. So 1 black ASG 2.5 should be available tomorrow/today.
Difficult decision but I think I made the right choice.

Unless you demoed both or bought both but the 2.5 are not being made anymore.

Oh for sure, that means you have to think about picking up one at these prices. I considered it myself.

My point is more that many decisions we make, necessary or not, are little more than guesses, and it makes no sense to worry about if it was the right choice or not if you don't have the required information to know for sure.

Great, buddy! Between these two, there is no wrong decision, hence you definitively made the right choice :wink:

Am sure you will enjoy them a lot!!

ASG 2.5 has the best bass of all IEMs. I tried the new ones, but without 2.5's bass slam, even though they are more balanced, they are just mediocre compared with my K10 and Layla.

My Fitear 335DW has better bass than my K10, Layla or Roxanne. The Aurisonics Harmoby has more bass slam than my 335.

My point is there is no reason going for the ASG if not for its delicious bass. While I have no doubt that the dynamic drivers in Harmony trump TOTL BAs, they are just not there yet as an overall package.

I respect your ears and glad you can enjoy the K10, Laylas etc. I got tired of only BA iems hence I sold all of them. Not trying to find perfection but more focus on getting enjoyment. I like a home woofer sound. Last six months with the Harmony and 2.5 I am in no need or desire to look for another iem to bring a smile onto my face. If one is smiling then obe has found it. I do like the 90EX aswell.

@LouisArmstrong

Harmony and ASG 2.5 are so close - while I have not yet listened to the K10 (hopefully in 2 months) - I don't doubt what you hear but I hear these two very differently and they are right in front of my at the moment - the Harmony is the 2.5 with a fixed bass port.

Cheers,
K
