I ordered a TBH from Headroom that shipped yesterday via standard shipping...and arrived TODAY! I'm in NJ.

I also just ordered a TBH from Headroom. Placed the order after noon on Monday so it didn't ship out until Tuesday. I chose Saver 3 day shipping option hoping it would mean the package would arrive on Friday since I have the day off and would be able to receive it. Surprise! There was a package sitting in my doorway when I got home today. Curiously, it went from Montana via Memphis, TN on its way to Minnesota.

I have sent many things with FED EX, when I ship a MO to the states they are my first choice, although they are very expensive for their express service, they never seem to mess up, always get my MOS there in one day, and I have never had any problems. I've also shipped some things like my PSP with their 2 day service and they were very nice, the guy in the fed ex office even explained to me different things like what I need to fill out (Fcc id, fcc statement, etc) and he told me how to repackage my psp (double boxed of course) to save money, and even gave me the right sized box.

Three weeks ago, there were the usual summertime flight delays, and my [large] boxes was part of that. I was able to expedite my shipment at 5AM, as I'm boarding a flight to Florida, and it arrived before I got there - wow!

You can talk to FedEx - they care. All the others are pre-recorded messages
