That's some beautiful gear! Congrats!
For the Roland and using a HiBy R6 Pro, should I use the balance out or the 3.5mm out in high gain?
I imagine the balanced is considered too powerful?
@warriorpoet. This hobby is really addicting. It all starting with my home system, which i invested almost $75,000 and then the headphone and desktop system. Invested $60,000 and now i am getting into iems and daps. The crazy part is buying everything and never use them and sell at 40% loss. Lol.
yes, you have a lot of money, we understand
Definitely use the 4.4mm balanced out on low gain. Benefits of that output definitely outweigh the possibility of slight hiss.
Thank you very much for the time to answer.
Just got Roland, cable went to bin right away.
Still..kinda disappointing, so flat and yes, kinda hollow, a little bit, not much, but its there, tunnel like..hmm
Kinda good, but nothing special sound.
Needs massive EQing to sound fun.
I'll give it a week, yet to compare to LX,Solaris and my current favourite Acoustune HS1670SS
Does this mean the soundstage is good, but at the cost of having other parameters influenced?
Is it possible to have both in an iem (ignoring isine design)? It seems like the Tin Hifi P1 would match well for other Playlist sittings, with less stage but nice detail/separation.
put (money) into financial schemes, shares, property, or a commercial venture with the expectation of achieving a profit.
Would you say that the LX and Solaris are better?
Balance is the way to go
Will report later
Good sounding music is a profit or is it not
curious to have you comparison against Solaris
