It seems quite expensive for the retuning of the ACME10, unless the sound signature really changes through tuning process.

Ah yes, ACME8... I thought Penon retuned ACME8, but this ACME10 is a whole new IEM with the "tube" technology.

Yes I know, but I got confused at first, thinking the ACME8 was actually named ACME10 and now received tuning threatment by Penon with Y2K. ACME10 is a brand new IEM with the ACME8 tech.
ACME 6 and 12 might follow...

What does it mean “with Y2K tuning”? I have seen a video showing the Y2K tuning system, but what I am asking is if this is customized sound to appeal to a specific engineer at Penon, or if somehow they tune this per user?

I wish you the best of Luck, I bought my DM6 from the Seller Linsoul and that came w/ a Defective Non-Working wire/Cable. They wouldn't replace them / warranty it. Instead offer me to spend more money. You can contact the seller and see what they had to say if not, Buy new Cable from Amazon.

Damn once i bought a sennheiser momentum for 50 euro after 8 months daily use the cable broke it has 2 years warranty. I called sennheiser and they said tomorow you got a new one in your post you can keep the defective one your warranty is still active for 1year and 4 months for the new one and that one broke again and i get i new one whitout questions

Most of this chinese conpanys wan't do anything for you if somthing broke they like it still makes sounds and looks like a headphone so what do you want from us

A little update - I still await for repair of my Fearless S10 which came with reversed polarity defect. Another thing is that now we have a retailer in Russia who has all Ferless lineup - so far the consensus between severall people and shop owner that Fearless S10 are the best from the whole Ferless lineup in terms of pure sound. S8F are too harsh, S6RUI more mild but still a bit bright, S8P are nice but still S10 are better than all of these. I still consider that HBB got the broken pair since S10 are everything S6RUI has but done properly right and better in every area. The same way FR graph says. I will make a full review and direct comparison of S10 to 8 and 6 BA models once I receive them.
