FEARLESS Audio IEM's Discussion/Impressions

What do you guys think about S8P? There is weird dip in the high frequency of S8P, which I am skeptical of. I want a flat-ish IEM for monitoring.
What do you play as far as instruments? S6Pro is perfect for studio and anything on stage besides drums and bass. S8Pro has more bass. I have no desire to get anything else now that I have gotten use to the S6pro. I don’t think you can go wrong with either honestly.

I'd say in practice, the S8 Pro is close to a perfect stage monitor. I wouldn't use it for mixing, but for any other monitoring scenario it's awesome.

That "weird dip" isn't apparent in practice. There's a very slight recession in the midranges that separate the sub bass from vocals. If anything the very upper reaches of the treble are slightly smoother than you might prefer for critical listening (what HBB calls micro details), but it's perfect for longer-term fatigue-free listening and, again, stage use. There's absolutely nothing forward anywhere about the S8P. If you're looking for fun, the S8F or S6 RUI are likely more your thing.

Has someone here had fearless 6rui and bgvp dm6 and listened them ? For me very interesting is 6 rui treble. If they are not so harsh as in my dm6 then i will going to buy it. Decided to buy 6rui instead of 5. Also was thinking about dm7 but wanted more pronounced low end than in dm6. And 6 rui seem as a good option and value.

Go for the Fearless S6RUI blindly. Its treble is smooth without loosing on clarity and details as compared to DM6.

Is S6RUI as fatiguing to listen to as DM6? is there a difference between S6RUI and S8F?

I play guitars and keys live. I use the JH13v2 Pro customs...looking for a cheaper pair for rugged use. I've shortlisted a few IEMs looking at graphs I like, figured I'll check Fearless stuff once too. I'll search for a store which stocks them and will let me audition but I highly doubt there is one in California.

Thank you. I'll look for a S8P unit to audition.
