Pretty good sound. Nice fit. Good isolation. Good build/construction.

I own everything...etymotic, shure, westone, superfi, etc

I am sticking with this $10 headphone.

I can testify.... I replaced the stock ear pads with the ones that came with my Super.fi...

Much better fit now, and they go in a bit further. Sounds as good as I need them to on the train, and off for that matter. I put them up against the KSC's for the $$

the deeper I stick these in my ears, the better they sound. I insert them like I do with the superfis and bring the cable out around my ear

JVC rules. Sony sucks.

whoa, i can see why they call them marshmellows....do they stay in the ear? How would you say the sound was? I might pick up a pair since they soo cheap....i need some IEM's for isolation.

Even w/the stock cushions, they'll not ever fall out. They have a solid fit. I like the tips I put on better though, and they seal even better w/them. The sound I think can be described as a more calm KSC 75, since the bass isn't as bloated. They get my feet tapping, which is important, because they're not the type of IEM that I'm looking for analyzation with, just fun and listening, which they achieve.

Isolation is very good w/stock pieces. You can also fit standard foamies or comply tips on them, as well as double/triple flanged ones. I honestly don't see how anyone can go wrong here, since they're only $20

Yes.

I have a friend who knows nothing at all (I mean nothing!) about the iPod she's owns and loves - she certainly doesn't know that its not a good idea to throw/slam a hard-drive, not that she knows what a hard drive is anyway

- but she bought some of these of her own accord and actually realised that they sound better than the 20p sets of buds that she was used to (and broke a pair a week

)! I was also quite impressed with the quality for the price, and yes, she has the white ones, "cos ibuds are cool

I'l bite, I think they sell em at Frys. My beloved modded koss plugs are starting to fall apart. I frequently sleep with these things on... twisting and roling all over them, so IMHO they have surpassed my expectations. But, I think its time for a change.

Yeah I like my MDR-EX90, but I'd never fall asleep with them on. The cord seems much too fragile.
BUMP!

This sounds perfect for my airplane trips! And they're in stock locally! (but for $25 CAD)

Any comparisions vs Shure E2C, E4C, etc?
