Hey everyone! For those not aware of the talk, world-renowned mastering engineer Steve Hoffman graciously accepted Todd the Vinyl Junkie's invitation to talk at this year's international meet and it was a smash hit. Steve talks about remastering great music from original master tapes, tells about his experiences with the likes of Ray Charles, the Beatles, Bill Evans, and Jethro Tull, and then plays clips of his work. This video is fantastic but has gone largely unnoticed in the the HeadFest 2 impressions thread. It seemed like a good idea to post the link in a high-traffic forum, so here it is:
