yes, i bought a pair from ebay.

here are some pictures. i asked the guy to send me a real pair or id report him to as many places possible, including local police and shure and such. hehe and no i wouldnt have bought them if thats the pictures i had. i know theres no such thing as a white and black e4c? i did sort of suspect that they might have been fake the day after i bought them, where i saw that they were a white/black color, and that the model number was e4c-2. oh well. the build quality does look pretty good, but one was them was cracked open for some reason. btw they sound worse than ipod earphones, so incredibly muddy bass.

didnt expect someone with 19000 feedback to accually be selling stuff like that.

its not even a balanced armature!!! Well... there are some round-body balanced armature drivers, but that certainly does NOT look like one of the ones Ive seen. That looks a lot like the driver from my koss plug and shure e2c.

I'd pursue a refund.

i have seen some go for 90 (where they are only selling the earphones themselfs) like the $100 e4's on ebay right now. but this is outright fake. how many of you guys accually think he'll follow through? i cant seem to get in contact with him through qa phone number, and apperently the emails are all automated. think anyone can find me a number?

lol i had no idea fake shure earphones existed O_o anyone else seen anything like this? btw the drivers look like regular voice coils...i bet a speaker from a gameboy would sound better than these.

i cant believe im about to say this...but when i accually pluged these earphones into my speaker amp and tweaked around a little...they accually sound...decent.
these can accually hold a pretty tight low bass...most of my other earphones gave out one this one song, the thumps were just like splashes, but these accually hold the bass rather well...

the fact that a E4C uses balanced armature and not a dynamic driver should have been enough, and fake feedback is easy to make, people actually sell feedback using fake transactions

First I have heard of fake E4's.

The fakes will never stop, even with a high number of good feedbacks.

You should be able to get your money back no problem if you paid with Paypal. Good luck.
