Fake oppo HA-1 on Amazon?

I was looking for my new amp and found this used $499 oppo ha-1. I found this deal a couple of days ago. It was gone when I noticed, but it came back again when I checked the page today. The fishy thing about this is that apparently the seller changed his name, or swicthed his account. I noticed it because the seller's description about the product was exactly the same as before. Is this amp legit? Is this seller changing his account so he can just send the product and run away?

You are absolutely right, this is not a serious seller.
He is asking to contact him first before ordering, for no good reason.
I took a chance and I sent him a message with a few questions,
instead of answering my questions, he asked for my address and phone number,
and wrote that he will initiate the order, and he will have Amazon contact me to finalize
the order. I never got a message from Amazon.
Yes, he does change his seller's name almost on a daily basis.
I may contact Amazon to report this seller.

There have been quite a few fraudulent sellers like this routinely mentioned over on the Deals thread. If the seller isn't playing by the rules, don't even think about doing business with him.
