Yep, he's been the "don't tell anyone" black sheep of the audiophile world for years. I actually ran into him (literally) at an upper-mid-fi/high-end stereo store in LA when I lived there; the guys who worked there said he was a regular.

this reminded me...does anyone watch tom green? in one episode he went to fabio's house. when tom asked him about how much his whole audio setup cost, he was too embarassed too say. hmmm, i wonder how much he spent already. sorry about your wallet fabio

The article says that he has the best speakers money could buy...... but it said he has Martin Logans??? What ever happened to Wilson Audio?? They're still around and WAY better than MLs. And much more expensive to boot!!!!

OMG
Fabio is Fab! The main system is combo HT plus stereo but it is in the 500k+ range, the ML Statement speakers are a cool 70k. I am sure Fabio didn't pay retail, what a great endorsement for geeks of the world to buy audiophile gear.

Some equipment like his Krell Reference A amps are hard to get any pricing on, but they are extremely expensive. Fabio probably has a hotline direct to Krells Dan D'Agostino's desk if he has a problem, incredible system.

The bedroom system alone is mind boogling!
