Don't have the it04 - so unfortunately couldn't say.

Only had them for 1/2 a day so too early to rate yet. Patience grasshopper :) I'll post impressions in a couple of days.

For anyone interested - on my rig, here is the FA7 freq response and channel matching:

And (just because I can) - the FA7 vs the CA Andro on my rig

And yes - so far they sound pretty good.

Not big difference compared with our test. thanks,

What is the nozzle / tip size on these? Which Comply foam tips fit these?

Most of the non-universals these days only fit the very wide bore hole and short foams, which just suck for isolation (in my ears anyway).

I'm really hoping FA7s would fit the the Comply P-Series that are just unparalleled for noise isolation.

I just lost my Westones, stepped on my Shures and my Massdrop Plus IEMs keep losing the contact with the cables so they are unusable in sports situations. So I'm looking for a sturdy MMCX replacement that fits the Comply P-series (which are a lifesaver in a noisy gym).

Not sure if the.P series will fit - it's smaller than the FH5, but certainly nowhere as thin as a Weston's or Shure.

That said, I really doubt you'll have trouble on isolation with these. Maybe it's just a particularly good deal with my ears, but these are among the most isolating IEMs I've used. Certainly the most I've tried recently, including the RHA CL2 and Shure KSE1200

The seal is actually a bit too strong, if anything. Because they're not vented, if you insert them with the silicone tips too deep you start to feel some pressure. I can't use my beloved Symbios with these, at least not without buying a smaller size.

I normally hate foam tips because of the treble attentuation, but I switched to the included foam because the porous nature avoids the risk of too much pressure if I fall asleep with them on. Thankfully, the wide-ish boreand deep insertion mean I actually seem to be getting very little treble attenuation, though I've inverted the tips just in case.

.

Ok, so it is a wide bore. It won't fit P series like Shure SE and Westone W series do.

I already have plenty of wide bore IEMs and the isolation in my ears suck.

Oh well, back to the drawing board for me.
