external DAC + amp -> amazing difference

Hey all,

I got an Alien DAC from someone this week to try and help my computer as source audio... and wow, words can't even describe the difference between just using the headphone out and using the Alien DAC connected to my tomahawk. It's like a completely different world now. I no longer need to kill my ipod battery while sitting at my desktop anymore to get a good source. It's not the highest end DAC, but it with the tomahawk works great with my E500s... so i'm happy!
