Just curious, but I have been looking on Audiogon and Ebay and have observed that some of the older Stax models such as the SR-80 sell for relatively low prices (compared to the new models). How are some of the older phones? Do they stack up against lets say a HD600? I know that electrostatic speakers sometimes have trouble with reliability, is the same true of the headphones.
