what do you guys think? im thinking more about the e4g, but the ah-c700 caught my eye. i had the ex-90's after my e2c's and i liked them. but they were stolen from me. someone just yanked them off at the mall and ran.

Sorry to hear about your story.

The e4g is basically the same as e4c, and the e4c is a very well conceived iem on these forums so you'll be happy with them

If you like bass with good details in mids n highs then Denon C700 are pretty good. To me bass on E4c is not detailed and deep but maybe it's better on E4g because i think it's bass enhance version.

The e4g is exactly the same except for cord length. Neither have much bass quantity. The E4 would be best to lie down with.

I think E4g(G for games) is bass enhance version because it's for gamers and you can also check on Shure website. They recomand it for gamers and they also mentions it's bass enhance version of E4c which is good for bass lover who don't want to miss details of E4c.

I have had the E4g, so I know. This has also be confirmed by others before who have heard both. The gamers version don't sound any different and they have shorter cords which makes no sense for gaming either. Cord length and including some attachable rubber ear clips are the only differences.
