It's amazing, built like a tank, sounds better than A8. Go and listen to it.

I ordered an A10 for me.
Since Day One my A6 is working fine and the user experience with the Device and Software is the best on the market.
I had Lumin U2 -> Nice sounding, crap Software, display is a joke +6 feet away
also HifiRose RS130 -> fantastic sounding, nicely built, wrong promise about Tidal connect, crap Software, on-Going crackling noise with Spotify Connect which I could not sort out (everything tried)
=> at the end I changed back to A6 and very happy. Works without any flaws. Now waiting for the A10. For me the biggest selling point is DDC (ARC into optical), full size device and fine hardware components.
Too bad it isn't available in silver...

As a very happy owner of both EverSolo A6 and HiFi Rose RS250, I am not going to diss one or the other.
I was in the market for an upgrade and seriously considered the Eversolo A10 and Rose RS130. I simply don’t understand the outrage over the A10’s pricing, which I think is very competitively priced.
In the end, and without regard for cost, I chose the RS130 for its ability to stream music videos and output them to a locally connected HDMI display. There’s a lot of such music that I have grown to love.
Now there sits a 16” OLED 4K monitor on the AV rack. It’s a pleasure to listen — and watch — music videos on my 2-channel system. The OLED is powered by one of the USB 3 ports on the RS130.

The main issue with the A10 is that so many people wanted a stripped out streamer-only DMP but with full digital out features - coax/opt/usb/aes/iis but the manufacturer just doesn't listen. Instead Eversolo releases a pompous jack of all trades, but master of none kind of device that's very expensive compared to what we've been used to from them and which lacks certain features like the IIS output of a lower model that's half the price.
Mind you, I really doubt the old guard even knows what in the bleep Eversolo is, they just don't have the name in the hi-end audio world yet and many folks that are willing to spend almost 4 grand on an audio streamer will probably go for an Aurender, HiFi Rose and the likes.
For me it feels like Eversolo jumped the ship with the A10 a bit and released it too quickly. I got the same feeling with those hella expensive Denafrips DACs which these days got crazy expensive compared to the models from few years ago.
(Speculation mode: the A6 was too cheap and they need more profit margin to offset R&D and production cost?)

I think they took the risk, but not enough reviews from the bigger reviewers, and not having the name yet. none of the Eversolo's are bad streamers. I think the marketing department should have done this differently. The main issue with the A10 is that so many people wanted a stripped out streamer-only DMP but with full digital out features - coax/opt/usb/aes/iis but the manufacturer just doesn't listen. Brands like Eversolo are needed BADLY, to stop the other brands from raising, raising and raising prices. to give a example, I have heared Aurender streamer (yes they are amazing, but man impossible to get for 98% of the people)
A10, should have set just above the A8, not double price... that would have made it way more populair I think.

Absolutely, at ~€2750 it would've been great value, however they should've never have dropped the IIS output on their TOTL (so far) model.
Due to the way it is built and the performance it offers, the A10 can also be considered economical in its class. Go and see it and above all listen to it, you can't judge anything by photos.

There’s another contender on the market now: FiiO S15 for about $1000 or so. And it has I2S output.
EverSolo has the new A6 Gen 2, which makes me wonder if an A8 Gen 2 is in the works.

Eversolo has opened the market to more affordable decent streamers... started to get more and more annoyed at the monopoly of some brands and their upgoing prices year after year

Agreed. EverSolo disrupted the market for high quality streamers and we as consumers are benefiting from that.Eversolo has opened the market to more affordable decent streamers... started to get more and more annoyed at the monopoly of some brands and their upgoing prices year after year
A lot to take in after reading the last several pages, but luckily I won't be in the market for a new streamer until next year. I am keeping an eye on the Fiio S15 as well, but who knows what the market will look like in a year.
Smart, don't get caught up in the Hype and with any China brand, updates are always around the corner. Also, no I2S for me is a no go when your in the $2k+ range.A lot to take in after reading the last several pages, but luckily I won't be in the market for a new streamer until next year. I recently acquired a Yggdrasil MIB, so it would be either USB or AES in my case, but yeah a lot to consider prior to dropping $$$$ on new gear.Smart, don't get caught up in the Hype and with any China brand, updates are always around the corner. What's your point? I know many extreme priced brand who give their fan base a big finger regarding updates, fixes and support or new features, but charge sometimes 10000 euro or more for a streamerSmart, don't get caught up in the Hype and with any China brand, updates are always around the corner.
