european plug power cables... brands, quality, where to buy, ???

Can you give me spome info about power cables with european plug? Are there good quality ones? where can I buy them? I can't find any info.....

Please help me.....

This question is hard to answer because it is not easy to know which cable is best. Also, there is no such thing as an European wall plug. The most common is the Schuko plug used in Germany and some other countries but there is also a UK plug, a Swiss plug and a Danish plug and maybe more. Still something for EU to do!
In many cases the plug can be demounted and changed easily but even then you may need to remove cover such as heat shrink and destroy the cosmetics. It is not common, but the plug could be moulded and then you must cut the cable to remove it (and measure up what wire is what to achieve a safe connection for the new plug).

Nooo, audiophiles all over Europe will run amok if you devalue their cable investments with yet another EU-regulation

Anyway, I recently bought a powerstrip and NF from http://www.highend-netzkabel.de/ (I'm not aff. with this business) and while a friend of mine was not too exited about the soldering on the NF she had to admit it sounded very nice. In fact I cannot make out the difference to my reference cable which is 3x the price, so I have probably reached my rig's or ears' limits. You can have cables made with Schuko or UK plugs there.
