Have you noticed the specs ? something is wrong probably its the 7510 specs so judging from the shop´s average pricing (not so low) who knows what you get if your order one

I agree the specs look somewhat dubious. Anyway, I've ordered a pair, will let you know how it goes.

too bad its not for the ex1000s

Well they sound like sissy EX1000s, so I think they're genuine, lol. [IMG]

what do you mean by "sissy"? seriously considering the 7550 at that price! how is it compared to the ex1000?

  10. james444 Contributor
Very very restrained overall, particularly the highs. The EX1000, which I consider quite romantic, sound almost aggressive next to the 7550.

just in the treble, or is the sub bass, which is outstanding on the ex1000 also calmed down?

Great find. Ordered them today. Perhaps (not very likely) I am full circle now
    , as this headphone craze
once started with how nice my sony's sounded.
Mdr ?????? 57 or something it was then.
    Anyway thanks.

Maybe just a bit, but much less so than the highs. And they still retain the EX1000's great low end extension. But from their overall sound signature these are clearly stage monitors, tuned to enhance the midrange and sound non-fatiguing.
