Out of these 2 IEM only which one has better sound quality?

i prefer the super fi 3 because its a fuller sound less focused than the er6i but as a result its a little more laid back and easy to listen to.

I agree with Jinx ety is great at a particular point of the sound but it is not as well rounded as the ultimate ears are

The Ety ER6i is my lowest end IEM, but it is often my favorite.

SQ is great, as you will read all over the place, if you like a laid back sound, its not "in your face".

These are very comfortable IEMs, very light, the cord is small, yet tough, with a clip to prevent is swinging around if your active. I use the 6i for exercise IEMs, running, biking, elliptical.

The only way the Super fi can fight the ety's is in durability and for certain specific things might make for an SQ contest. The SQ is mostly preference - the etys are quite detailed and probably beats the SF3 overall in detail, but some may prefer the SF3's sound for certain types of music. The SF3 is also UE's miserable casing and fit and size, giving a win to almost any other IEM in that respect. I'd take the 6i's
