If I ever saw someone wearing these, I would point and laugh. I'm not knocking Ety at all...but look at them. It looks like a remote control for a car stereo jammed in your ear.

Yeah, I think Etymotic should have research & developed how to improve the ER4 than this crap.

Because I will never make money off of this design, I am now releasing it into the public domain. Not that it hasn't been thought of before, just sayin'.
Seriously, why not have a little box with the bluetooth receiver and battery or whatever that rests on the back of the neck, with 2 wires that come out and go into the ears? It's not that difficult to imagine.
