I have (i hope i hope i hope) just clogged up a filter on my new ER4P's.
i was "moistening them" obviously a tad too much, and they have got wet on one side i think so i have next to no output on one side now.
i guess this is a common "mistake" owners make - would it be too cynical to think that perhaps knowing water/saliva will cause premature death of the filters that may be why ety advise you to do it?
Either way - no biggie - you learn from your mistakes, however i do think the cost of the filters is appauling - and even more so for me over here in the UK!
