Is there a recommended earmold lab for the ER-4's?

Tyll over at Headroom got some custom earmold done for his, and I believe he was sent a kit in the mail, did it at home, and then mailed it in. That might be the easiest option. Send him an email and ask him about it.

I can get the earmold no problem. How much does it cost to send it in?

No, I got mine done at a hearing aid place. Go to the Westone Site and find a qualified hearing aid specialist:

http://www.westone.com/cgi-local/displookup.pl

The go in and get the impressions made. Ask for a deep impression. Then ask to have it sent off to Westone for the ER4 with the HeadRoom bore. You'll have to finished appliances back in about a week. Then ignore the instructions about the tubing. Just pull out all the tubes and use the mold only as a tip for your Ety's. Keep using the green filter exactly where it is.
