I have a fiio e7 on the way and was wondering what cables I should buy?

I'll be using it with a selection of iems, an iPod classic 5g, and on planes, so assume I'll need an adaptor and some other small cables.

Clueless at this point as it's the first portable dac/amp I've had.

If you have an iPod - 5G you'll need to pick up an LOD such as FiiO L9.

You'll need a USB data/charge cable for charging and connecting to your laptop/PC.

Possibly an airline adapter and 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable. (around 1 meter)

I know you mention the FiiO L9 I've noticed the L3 is cheaper and looks to be the same? Any idea what the difference is?

Edit - think i've figured it out, one comes out from the right... not sure which would be best for the fiio e7.

I believe FiiO L3 has a straight jack and termination from the LOD connection.

FiiO L9 has right angle jack and side entry connection to the LOD.

Having used both - its more convenient using L9 (worth the extra)
