Anyone know much about these? They look like more modern versions of the K1000.

I know the British HiFi press likes them, but they don't seem to be popular even in Europe. Ergo has a swedish dealer but their products are not in the shops over here. Somehow, I doubt that they are in the same class as HD580/600.

By the LOOKS of the things, I'd think they might be.....

a better question would be, are they up to the class of the K1000's?

I thing all Ergo phones are considerably cheaper than K1000. More in the K501 price class, but I'd ay again I doubt that they're in the same league soundwize.
