are all the reviews about the er6 not having bass wrong?

I haven't heard er6, but I know er6i has more bass than super.fi 3 because I've had them both. It is harder to get a perfect seal with er6i which could lead many to think it has no bass. With a great source and amp er6i has very good bass, but unfortunately I haven't had much luck straight out of portable sources, which is how I would prefer to use it.

In my opinion amped or un amped the er6 does not have more bass than the super fi 3's. The super fi 3's just outperforms the Ety's on bass and everything else.
