Damn this forum!

It has been only 12 hours since I received my first headphone amp, and I'm already thinking of new ways to improve the sound of my Sennheiser HD-590s.

From what I've read, the next wise move would be to invest into Equinox cable for the 'phones, but I'm still hesitating...

What do you think, will I even notice the difference using the Creek OBH-11 amp with my HD-590s?

I have time to consider... my wallet will need atleast couple of weeks to recover.

You could try building a cable yourself... A number of people have tried with success.. And it's relatively cheap as well.. Easily under US$15 with nice parts like Neutrik/Switchcraft ¼" plugs.

That's what I've been thinking about too. I've actually asked couple of local stores already if they'd have the parts I need for the cable. Unfortunately it is quite difficult to find a 2,5mm plug...

Other parts should be easier to find.
