Equation or M-Audio... or help!

so im in the market for a new pair of closed ear headphones... they will mainly be used with an ipod, and i want some with good crisp bass. would you guys reccomend the equation rp21 or rp22x, or the m-audios? thanks for the help!

You can try the Ultrasone HFI-580/DJ1. Cost a little bit more but you get better sound.
Second option is the M-50.

yeah those Ultrasone's look real nice, but do you need an amp for them? I dont really want to buy an amp, thats why i was looking at the Equation rp22x. Ive never really bought anything except skullcandy and sony so im kind of a noob when it comes to this stuff.

I'd check out some review for the ATH-A700's if you're looking for closed circumaural headphones. I bought mine off of provantage.com, pretty good deals there on a lot of headphones with the 700's currently going for $112, which is an absolute steal.
