emu 0404 and speaker connection

i have bought the emu 0404 pci card and i own the m audio av40 speakers.i want to know the connection .emu has two analog outputs.each one is mono? i have stereo jack -> 2 RCA cable and two mono jacks -> 2 RCA cable.I connect one stereo jack in the one jack output cable or the two mono jacks to the two jack outputs of the card? and why on windows ,on control panel i see only left channel?thanks for your replays

I would make a Phono to TS 1/4 cable, that is just my opinon.
