Received spiral dots++ yesterday. And i can say im reallu impressed. SD OGs were already good but they were a bit too V shape with lower treble edginess i wished was a bit tamed. And on top they tip of the bore were a bit too stiff for perfect comfort.
++ sorts it all out. Softer more enjoyable fit.
Pushes mids forward without gimping subbass and has a lovely treble sparkle without lower treble glare of OG.
And best part it improves already excellent soundstage of OG which is a surprise.

The only thing that ++ doesnt keep up with is actual isolation compared to OG. Due to soft membrane it allows a bit more outside noise in. But the difference is not massive and its no issue while listening indoors.
Also i had to go 1 size bigger compared to OG due to softer membrane.

All in all its really among the best tips for LX in my collection.

Did you chose same size or larger?
I don't really like OG because of their weird lower treble i still prefer Epro on Hero but SD++ looks iteresting!

For OG i used MS. And thats what i ordered for ++ the first time and they did not seal well. So i reordered M and it was fine.
In relation to Epros, ++ will sound a bit fuller. Less bright but treble is really nice on ++. In general more balanced, keeping LX character.

Fit will be a bit different to Epros though more like OG just softer. As Horns are deeper fit as opposed to shallower, wider bore.

Question, where do you store your IEM? I just got the Odin and it feels that the included metal box is going to scratch them and also feels a little cramped.

I chuck them in a CA pouch and wrap. Cable around it. Then chuck it in the case linked above. This ensures its not mushed up with stuff my bag and also keeps dust away.

You can use case alone as it has valcro strip to customize compartment for iems.

By the look, it looks more luxurious. I just imagine a picture of it with a cigar, a glass of whiskey 🥃 and some books around.
I think those are all included in this SE. Jack probably couldn't secure a supply of wiskey and cigars for an international release.
Now that is truly a Special Edition. Or should I say special Special Edition? :)
In a special LV style box to go with the special even more LV than the international variant.
Makes you wonder why they didn't release the new (and final) limited batch with this finish. SO much nicer than the silver. I'd even consider it over the all-black.
The silver doesn't look half bad, but this. So classy so it's tugging at my heart strings.

I prefer the puck cases that FiR, 64 and Eletech have been making. I usually separate the monitors with a microfibre cloth.

But that's most because the pandora case means I have to wind up my cable tighter than normal.
