I'm going with the 2x W9 for the lows 4x vented BA for mids and 4x EST (Or heck even a single DD tweeter a la IER-Z1R would be quite a surprise)
If they price this at $2,999 this would be quite something. But R&D for sure would cost quite a lot.

If you’re patient and the Odin doesn’t suit your budget or sound signature, I’m fairly confident you’ll be able to find LX’s for sale on this site for good prices

But i know the itch of wanting something to hold off until the Nio lol

you can find used LX' in great condition for $1500-$1600.
but i don't quite understand trying to decide between an LX and an Odin at this point, given a) how little we know about the Odin and b) we'll know all about it (at least on paper) in a week.
Just my opinion @kalsonc , but I'd say sit back and chill a few days, and then you can make a more informed decision on Aug 1.

I know the Odin didn’t get released and we know nothing about it. But, why would someone want the Nio if you were to get a flagship “Odin”. I’m pretty sure that’s a whole different league.
