I have heard good things about the Leo II pairing up with Phantoms; however, I couldn’t afford them after spending too much. Therefore, I am very satisfied with the combination of DX204sTi and Eros II 8wire. :L3000:

great looking iems , and it's refreshing seeing a Noble employee/fan praising stuff from another company that isn't Noble (but not sure if this attitude is the best for keeping your position at Noble)

Has anyone used Triton Audio cables? They are certainly better value than the way over-priced effect audio variety.

To be honest I haven't tried a Triton cable (although I consider David to be a very kind and great guy by pm, but the same goes for Eric) yet. But I've tried / own(ed) enough cables in the past to know that to me the 3 EA cables, that I have right now, are worth every penny that I paid for them. So, what I'm basically trying to say here is that in the end this (value vs quality) is mainly a matter of opinion and not a universal fact.

I think people overthink cables a bit. Look up conductivity and sheething and find a cable that has what you are looking for based on that. Pretty simple

I do have TAC adapters (pure silver 8 wired) and balanced cables (hybrid 8wired) for Mini Dynalo amp They are excellent cables which have more bodily sound with wider soundstage and smooth details. I do mix them with EA Eros II 8wire which sound fantastically with the Phantoms. :smile_phones:

I figured doing so would be ok since I ordered these long before my official transition into being an employee of Noble. I have already taken a step back from other company threads with the exception of EE because of these CIEMs. I'll be lurking as always everywhere but you won't see post often now in any other places outside of the Noble thread.

On a personal note, working for Noble doesn't take away my enjoyment listening to all kinds of products., I am a lifelong lover of music and high end equipment that gives a new outlook on your personal listening experience and always will be - much like all of us here on Head-Fi. It's a wonderful community and there's no community without engagement, it's just a matter of that fine line between personal and professional.

Yeah, I completely understand that you have to adapt a little because of your new job, but you need to be yourself as well. I also don't think there are many people around who work at one company and are not interested in hearing and buying products from other companies. You don't do this kind of work if you are not passionate about music and gear. I remember one manufacturer explaining that if he had a booth at a show, he would try and visit as many of the others as possible at the end of each day. :)

ps. congrats on the job, btw!

Just got my Bravados a couple minutes ago. Was expecting a massive bass but honestly it's just enough for me. i can imagine how great the legend x will sound...what is the improvement from the Bravado to the Legend?

I don’t really think that there are problems with whom are working in one company but using or even liking stuffs from other companies or even the companies who are competitive! Free will.

Or you could be Piotr Granicki and run around the show floor auditioning IEMs while the show is going on. :D

I have not heard the Bravado, but Legend X have the best bass I have heard on any of the IEMs I have had my hands on so far. Legend X had the best physicality of all and still managed to sound exceptionally clean and clear throughout. Before I heard them, the Rhapsodio Zombie topped my bass head wish list, but Legend X are technically superior in every way. I don't have the money for them right now (just had a very expensive international move to pay for), but at some point I might well have to get them to compliment my Phantom and sooth my inner bass head.

So while I have not heard the Bravado and don't know what you would call "just enough", I don't think you would use that term to describe Legend X.
He was doing that while the show was going on?! I thought he just meant after. :D (It was Piotr I was thinking about.)

Know you had the Trinity for a while. How would you compare to the Trinity bass ?
I find them so well integrated to the FR, very clean and technical.
