Which one should i get. Considering that the m-audio came out in 2001 and the 0404 came out sometime in 2004 right? They're very close in price range and the 0404 is now 24/192 as opposed to it used to being 24/96!
I nearly got the 0404 when I looked at the connections. I want to have a computer based hi-fi, where i connect an integrated amp to the soundcard and 2 speakers to the amp. With the m-audio its easy but with the 0404 theres those stupid breakout cables..I've heard they're cheap and crap??
As well as this I'll want to directly record my guitar from my guitar amp to my computer..so how would i do that? Would I use the 6.3mm line out on my guitar amp to one 6.3mm on the 0404 or to two 6.3mm on the 0404.
Any help would be greatly appreciated in helping me decide and how to connect stuff.
