Electrostatic shock

Simple question.

Has anyone been shocked severly or killed through the use of electrostatic headphones? Personal accounts?

Curious.

I was killed when listening to a pair of Stax 404s once

Things fried my brain like an electric chair.

Seriously, I doubt anyone has ever been killed by a pair of electrostats. Maybe a few have been shocked while listening without pads or something though..
