Good afternoon everyone. I've been an Audiotechnica m50x user for almost 3 years, recently i faced a new problem. Since m50x have experienced 'hinge' problem, so that they slip over my ear, it's now time for me to find a decent replacement. I have enjoyed listening to electronic kind of music, more or less trip-hop and the stuff and i enjoyed doing so with my m50x. Now i am targetting at new headphones, possibly ATH MSR7, but heard that it sucks when listening to the mentioned type of music and now i am kinda confused. I am using Iphone SE, and listen to the music with the direct connection.
Any suggestions what would be a good pair for Iphone so that i could get the possible maximum pleasure without any amps? Is it worth to buy a new pair of m50x? Maybe anything else in favor of either Denon or Sennheiser? Kindly appreciate your help

How about Sennheiser Momentum On-Ear in that respect? Got an opportunity to buy the pink version for 130$, is it worthy to buy one for laptop/ iphone use?
