I have a little problem in my office room. Transformers buzz. Its not loud, certainly not audible at my listening position but its there. Whether I connect directly to the wall or on a Panamax COAX6, old school

Is this something a conditioner can fix or is it power plant requirement?

You should convert your entire office to a Faraday cage. But then you wouldn't be able to receive cell phone calls.

You might also want to look at impedance matching -- Granite Audio claims their product Ground Zero fixes this problem.

It's probably the flourescent lights. If you can replace them in your office with incandescent, you can probably eliminate most of the buzz.

See ya

Transformer buzz can be DC induced. If so, it's a case for a (PS Audio) Power Plant I guess.
