Anyone know about this?
I've got electricity coming from the house outlets that is not grounded and there is voltage in the ground plane. It was 83VAC, but since I have run a 12ga. wire from my workbench (it's the metal shelf that is hot) to copper piping behind the walls; which toned it down to 43VAC. This still isn't good, so I'm looking to cure the cause of this, or quell the symptoms.
Thanks for reading this and any help is much appreciated.
