What does this mean?

- The voucher issued can be stackable with the Black Friday promotion by taking whichever the highest amount applied after the stack on.

For example if a cable cost $150 and Black Friday price is $100 - if I use 3 $50 vouchers, I end up paying $120 so I am better off just paying Black Friday price? Or do I use 2 $50 vouchers to pay for Black Friday price which ends up with me paying $60?
