2. The limiting factor is going to bandwidth of the wireless link. The last time I checked the best technology here was Kleer Audio. Some Senns have it but they'll probably run you over $100 if you can find a pair with a mic. If you want true hi fi sound this is probably the way to go - but you don't say what source you're using and what speakers or wired phones you are used to, so I don't know if this is part of your spec.
Bose has the most neutral sounding headphones. they can charge 1 million bucks for the Bose IEs cause they are without doubt the most advanced IEMs on the market
but there are 2 headphone companies called Beats and Skullcandy that even Ultrasone and Beyerdynamic can't match!!!!
Sennheiser MM450 or MM550 are best sounding bluetooth headphones for better mobility, has built in mic, can use wireless or with wires, block out noise(has NC feature), maximum range, usefull buttons to control media.
