Just thought I'd alert the forum on this potential scammer...

I won this auction in late feb:

Paid with paypal, seller (Si Dinh, is the name. I'm not going to post email address for obvious reasons). He never shipped me anything. Search his past transactions, he posts neg F/B in retaliation. This ID was suspended some time in late march. It is my oppinion that he never had the items in his posession... just posing to. Hes a nickel-dime scammer. Small cheap items, $5 here / there.

Im pretty sure hes at it again... Thats the same identical photo he used in my scam-auction, same location, and auction text.

I dont mean to crap on this guys auction, but if any of you wanted to bid on these KSC50s, just do so with caution. it looks a lot like my scam auc.

It is my oppinion that Ebay does very little to protect the buyers, and scammers can duck / hide under various IDs.

Beware everyone, research your ebay purchases carefully.

I know that this happened in the past and it is too late but I think that if you are scammed you have many options. A seller tried to rip me off too. I filed a report with EBay and Paypal. I was going to report to the credit card company and submit a FBI fraud claim and maybe even calling the police in their town. I think if you pressure them enough they will give in.

Of course the best thing to do is research the seller, so thanks for the heads up.
