Easiest way to downsample (96KHz/24bit>48KHz/16bit)?

I think foobar2000 music player can do that, and it has AB testing built in. Just make sure it's truly random otherwise the test won't work.

I use dBpoweramp to convert files.

dBPoweramp great program for conversions. I don’t think it will do that for flac files as it only gives me compression ratios and not bitrate but wav does have the option.
