I tested quickly yesterday.
The tuning was little different thant the em10.
The high mids are more present. The voice are little cleaner.
It gives little more aeration and the bass are more tight.

There are very confortable and they are very small for a 10 drivers iem.

I appreciate a lot the grace and I think I will not the only one.

Does it sound more spacious than S-EM9? And otherwise how does it compare to it?

I really look forward... It seems like they have what I think it's a little bit missing in the EM10 that I already like a lot...

I will say that it was little more spacious than the sem9.
I had the feeling with the new tuning that i was more spacious than my em10.

So if you could try one don t hesitate

The overall tonality is the same than the em10.
Just some little evolution.

I received the Grace... I will do a more complete review later but I agree about the fact that the overal presentation share the same EM10 DNA BUT... to my ears, they have a more airy, open, deep presentation and I really really like it... very enjoyable and incredible tunning still with à lot of « meat »... rich but also open sound...

If by neutral you say midcentric, no... the Grace is more balanced.

I asked EarSonics a week or so ago about the Grace. I was told the Grace shared the same DNA as the EM10 with very little tuning difference, it is as close to a universal EM10 as you will get. I was told it was basically for the folks that were waiting for a universal EM10. I would think that some of the difference in sound could be attributed to the tips and seal.

No, they are not midcentric with a proper source they have sinergy with. Black Label is able to extract a very tight bass from them.
I have not heard em10, but IMHO the rest of earsonics family produces an exessive amount of bass, especially in the sub-bass region. You can hear the sound in the area where it should not exist sometimes.

To my point of view, the Grace have more upper mids/lower treble energy, giving an overal more « clear » sound than the em10 that is a little bit darker, bass have a little bit less quantity, more tight but also more airy. All that gives a little bit more instruments separation but also a little bit mor deeper sound. Is it due to tips, perhaps...
