hi

i have problem with my d-jays, don't know how to explain this but when i put them into my ears, the right earphone doesn't work but if i move cable a little then it plays fine. what should i do? i really love this earphones!

If the IEM still in warranty, contact JAYS. Most likely the wire near the mini plug has disconnected. If it is so then you can replace it with a new mini plug with some quick soldering, but only do so if you can't get the IEM repaired.

Assuming it is the wire near the mini plug being disconnected, you will need to reterminate the mini plug which will require some soldering.
