Jays q-Jays with some foam tips, they can stick out a little but very small & tough build too.

I haven't used these, but AAW Q and Rose Mini 2 look very small.

I love the Tennmak Pro which share a shape that is very similar to the Shure SE215. If you appreciate their sound signatures I think those two are good options for that purpose.

Final Audio F3100/4100/7200 get my vote. I purchased the F4100 expressly for bedroom use. Couldn't be happier and I have small ears!
