Earphone Upgrades

Hi  i`m new to this forum so i want to ask opinions of you guys for some earphone advice.
 
Actually i got a beyerdynamic dtx 71ie so if i`m gonna upgrade to a shure se215 would it be so called a major upgrade in terms of sound like bass or treble?

I wouldn't call it a major upgrade but maybe a small one.  Would have to get something like the (if youwant dynamic drivers) GR07, EPH-100 or something along thoughs lines to be a good upgrade.
